Introduction and Structure of Rotary dryer
The rotary drum dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic mineral, clay in cement industry and coal in coal mine, etc. Rotary dryer can be widely used to dry various materials, and it is simple to be operated.Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
Structure of Rotary dryer
The rotary dryer is composed by the rollers, feeding device, catch wheel device, transmission device, discharge device and so on. The roller is drying cavity to dry material. In order to guarantee straightness when rotating, it is connected with two segments or more, each segment of the department has a concave or convex platform on flange, tightened by bolts. the big transmission gear is in the middle position, adjustment plate guarantees big gear and the cylinder have certain coaxial degrees. There is a roll ring for supporting on both ends, the discharge end roll ring connects with block wheel. Feeding device is fixed on the ground below the feeding end. The part of the cylinder feeding end gets into the feeding device inside. It has the inlet, the lower end of the inlet is welded chute to directly feed. The carrier roller device is used to support "rollers rotating. "There are two carrier rollers on the device, each roller has two carrier roller basis. In the outlet the carrier roller device has two block wheel, which have a adjustable screw between each other. The cylinder after the operation should be adjusted, when the gap between block wheels is more than 10 mm. Transmission device is composed by motor, coupling, reducer and the whole chassis. Transmission device provide the rollers rotating power. According to client needs motor can configure electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency control type etc.
Working principle and Usage of Rotary dryer
1. The roller of rotary drum dryer machine is made of light plate's stainless steel which has excellent heat resistance, the inner-wall smooth, can reduce the materials' wear and tear.
2. Efficient radiator, and with a reasonable lead air duct, so that the hot air can direct contact with materials, greatly improving the drying efficiency, while saving energy.
3. Using computer control, we can set different rotary drying temperature and rotary drum drying time according to the drying requirements.
4. Major diameter material entrance facilitates the inlet and outlet of materials and greatly improves the drying efficiency.
