Brief introduction of Coal slime rotary dryer
Coal slime dryer consists of heat source,break up device,belt conveyors,feeders,rotary drum,a belt feeder,induced draft fan,discharger and power cabinet composition. Its working principle as below. because the coal slime with sticky,when it goes into dryer will pass the following working zone during drying process. First is the guiding zone, wet coal slime contacts the high temperature hot wind and water evaporates rapidly when it goes into this zone. the material lifted by large advance angle lifting plate will be leaded to next working zone without forming bond; second is the cleaning zone. wet coal slime is lifted by lifting plates forming material veil in this zone. It is easy to bond the cylinder shell when the material falling down. there is cleaning device be designed in this zone, it cleans the bonding material very reasonably. In this processing the clean device also play a role to crush the united block material. Accordingly the heat exchange area will be enlarged and the drying rate will be increased.Third is the oblique lifting plate zone. the material i this zone has shown low moisture and became a loosen state, and can not form the bonding phenomenon. material after heat exchange achieves the required water status and goes into the last discharging zone.Fourth is the discharge opening. the whole drying process is finished here.

Coal slime dryer's main application:
Coal slime dryer is widely used in many industries for dry materials,such as cement, mining, building materials, chemical, food, fertilizer production.In order to control the drying temperature,configure thermocouple at the in and out device,the thermometer can show the temperature changes of the dryer's discharge port,so it provides basis to control better the working temperature in the cylinder body(typically 350-380 degree).

Coal slime dryer's components:
Coal slime dryer is mainly composed of front and back jockey pulley device of the cylinder device,in and out device,transmission device and gear cover,etc.Accessory equipment matched with the dryer has:combustion chamber,feed and discharge device,dust collection equipment,etc,which do not belong to the scope of the machine.

Coal slime dryer's working principle:
Coal slime dryer's heat source is from the combustion device.This dryer adopts downstream type heating,so these drying materials enter into the cylinder from feeding box and feeding slip,then are pushed by spiral copy plate.As the coal slime dryer places obliquely,on the one hand,materials flow backward under the effect of gravity and rotation,on the other hand, materials are lifted by the plate,bring to the top and lift down continually,so that materials can form uniform screen in the cylinder,fully exchange heat with the hot gas in the cylinder.As materials are lifted down repeatedly,the moisture contained is dried gradually, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.


Main features of Coal slime rotary dryer
Main features:
1,strong resistance to overload,large capacity,less fuel consumption.and low drying cost.
2,adapting downstream drying method,the smoke and wet material goes into the dryer from the same side. thus could acquire high evaporation intensity intensity using high temperature smoke. The temperature of dryer discharge port is low,heat efficiency is high.
3,The operation parameters can be changed according to different material properties. so that the material inside the dryer cylinder could form one stable full cut material curtain, heat exchanging is more fully.
4,Coal slime dryer system using the new type feed, discharge device, put an end to the drum dryer feed plug, not continuous,uneven and returning materials, and so reduce the load of dust removal system.
5,New internal structure strengthens the cleaning of distributes material and heat conduction,eliminates the sticky phenomenon of inner cylinder. It is more adaptable to the material moisture and stickiness.
6, the product size and mositure could be controlled according to user requirement. the moisture could be lower than 8% while drying the coal slime, the size could be controlled smaller than 8mm.
